In this program, we will work to balance your hormones with foods that work with you not against you. This is not a quick fix. It takes time for your body to adjust to the changes that are happening right now.
The program is either six months or one year. It takes time for us to learn what works for your body and what doesn't.
Everyone's genetic makeup is different, so you may not necessarily be able to be on the same nutrition plan as your friend that is going through perimenopause. This means I will not be giving you a typical meal plan like other diet programs you may have read in a book. I will be giving you tools to teach you through this process of what works for you and what doesn't. You will learn to trust your body around food again.
